Privacy policy

This policy covers the Reloading Lab beta website, tester applications and feedback collected by the project developer.

The application and feedback forms are active. Submissions are processed through Formspree.

Information you choose to provide

The signup form asks for a name or nickname, Google Play email, phone model, Android version, shooting and reloading preferences, equipment, record-keeping habits, testing availability, desired improvements and optional notes. The feedback form asks for device and app versions, bug descriptions, reproducibility, possible data loss, affected features, severity and suggested changes. You may add a reply email or evidence link.

Why it is used

The project developer uses this information to review applications, contact selected testers, manage beta access, investigate problems and prioritize improvements. Approved testers’ Google-account emails are added to the Google Play closed-testing list. An application is not a guarantee of selection.

Services that process information

When enabled, Formspree receives form submissions and provides a private submissions dashboard and configured email notifications. The website hosting provider processes requests needed to deliver the site and may keep technical logs such as IP addresses and browser details. Google processes closed-test membership and app installation under its own policies. A service hosting an optional evidence link has its own access and privacy settings.

Storage and access

Submissions are intended for beta administration and issue investigation. They are not displayed on this website. The website code does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or browser storage for form answers. Hosting and form services may use their own operational logs or anti-spam measures.

Retention and requests

Formspree’s account plan controls its submission history. The project developer may retain beta contact details and relevant issue records while administering the beta and resolving reported problems. No fixed deletion schedule is currently established. To request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, use the Contact / Feedback form and select “Privacy / deletion request.” While the form is inactive, contact the beta team through your existing beta invitation or contact channel. Include enough information to identify your submission; do not send identity documents.

Optional evidence

Direct uploads are not enabled. Before sharing an evidence link, remove unrelated personal details, account information and precise locations. Share only material you are comfortable providing for bug investigation.

Scope

This website does not automatically receive your app’s range records or target photos. Information you deliberately submit as feedback is covered above. This beta website policy is not a complete disclosure for every app permission or Google Play Data safety field; those must reflect the app version actually distributed.
